You can add other team members to have admin access to your Stripe account within LiveHeats, so they can manage the payments flowing into your account. Here's how:
Adding other team members to your Stripe account
- Firstly that team member needs to be a Director on your LiveHeats account. See here for how to add them as a director: Adding or inviting another Director to your organisation
- Once added as a Director, navigate to the Payments area on LiveHeats and click Stripe settings
- Inside Stripe settings, follow Stripe's guide for adding them: https://support.stripe.com/express/questions/does-stripe-express-support-adding-multiple-users-under-the-same-account
- Once added, they can access Stripe settings within LiveHeats by logging in as a Director, and going to the Payments tab and Stripe settings
