If you are using our legacy stripe connection (Stripe Express) you can add other team members to have admin access to your Stripe account within LiveHeats, so they can manage the payments flowing into your account. Here's how:
Adding other team members to your Stripe account
- Firstly that team member needs to be a Director on your LiveHeats account. See here for how to add them as a director: Adding or inviting another Director to your organisation
- Once added as a Director, navigate to the Payments area on LiveHeats and click Stripe settings
- Inside Stripe settings, follow Stripe's guide for adding them: https://support.stripe.com/express/questions/does-stripe-express-support-adding-multiple-users-under-the-same-account
- Once added, they can access Stripe settings within LiveHeats by logging in as a Director, and going to the Payments tab and Stripe settings
