Once linked by a Director, a Team manager will be able to edit the entries and team rosters for athletes & teams that belong to their team in an event. This article describes how to use this feature.
How to access and use the Team manager dashboard
- Go to LiveHeats.com and login with the account set as a Team manager. Note: you'll receive an email when a Director invites you as a team manager.
- When logged in, you should land on the Team Manager dashboard. Click on the event you'd like to manage entries in:
- In each event with entries that belong to your team, you can now edit individual entries and team rosters:
- Once a heat has been set as LIVE you will be unable to make a team change. The same process is also applied if a team is knocked out. This is visually represented by the lack of 🗑️ icons and the greyed-out names

Why can't I log in?
Make sure you are logging in using your pre-existing LiveHeats email or the one that was created for you.
What happens if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password you can always reset it using the Forgot your password link.
Why can't I see athletes and teams when I log in?
Your account is most likely linked to the athlete or team profiles for that event.
I can't add a team.
At this stage adding a team is unfortunately not possible and you will still need to visit the event admin centre to process this request.
