LiveHeats allows full flexibility to undo starting or ending heats which allows to you re-score or re-do the progression. Below explains how to use these features in the following scenarios:
- Undo start or end in a standard single schedule event (most sports)
- Undo start or end in a multi-schedule score anywhere mode (only used in Freeride Snow and Surf Life Saving)
Note: Note, any scores or data are not affected when you undo and go back. Those scores will still be there in the un-started heat, when you re-start the heat or run, but any progression to next rounds will be undone.
How to undo start or end in a standard single schedule event (most sports)
To Undo just click the Undo button on the bottom right in the event remote as highlighted below. Undoing a started heat just sets it back to the mode that it was before it started. Undoing again will then move you up a single block in the schedule, allowing your judges to score the previous heat.
From here, you can then press start/end to move through the schedule as usual.
How to undo start or end in a standard multi-schedule (score-anywhere mode) (Freeride snow and Surf Life Saving only)
If your sport uses score anywhere mode, there will be no event remote as shown in the section above. Instead, you'll use this method to undo the start or end.
Use the ellipsis icon "..." to find the options to either "Undo Start" or "Undo end" of a heat. Don't worry, all scores and results will be saved when you perform these actions, but progression to the next round will be undone and re-triggered when a heat or run is ended:
