LiveHeats offers a range of tools for exporting your data from LiveHeats, such as exporting event registrations and payments, or exporting members for a particular membership series.
This article refers to how to export all profiles in your organisation or federation.
What defines 'all profiles' in my organisation?
This refers to any athlete or team that has appeared in any events or membership series in your entire LiveHeats account. For example, if you are a small club, but you ran a regional-level competition a few years ago, any profiles who competed in that event will be included in the 'all profiles' view. Click these links if you're instead looking to export just members of a particular series, or registrants in a particular event.
Why would I want to export 'all profiles' in my organisation?
The main reasons are to:
- be able to import the emails and names into another platform, such as MailChimp for your email marketing (noting LiveHeats does allow you to send simple emails to registrants in a particular event), or;
- to use Google Sheets and conduct a sweep of potential duplicate profiles for merging
