How do other directors get added to Stripe, to view transactions and process refunds?
If other event Directors need to view and manage transactions, you'll need to grant them access to your connected Stripe account, as Liveheats doesn't handle Stripe permissions directly.

Stripe access will allow other Directors to view transaction details and depending on the permissions you assign them, complete particular tasks. For more info, see Stripe's user roles and permissions ↗.
I received a payout, how do I know which transactions that was for?
To find out which membership and event registrations were included in a payout, you can view the list of included transactions within Stripe.
- Go to your payouts in Stripe ↗
- Click the payout
- Scroll down to find the list of transactions included

How do I change my bank details?
