You can edit the athletes in any heat using the Head judge view for live heats, and the Heat editor for live and completed heats.
To put the athletes in a heat in edit mode go to the Heat editor (through the Draw, then click View details for the heat you'd like to edit).
To edit the athletes in the heat, click the pencil icon to put the heat in edit mode.
A) How to add an athlete to a completed heat
To add an athlete, once the heat is in edit mode, go to the bottom of the heat. Here, you'll see an empty athlete slot. Hit the add athlete icon to add an athlete to the heat. Once they've added you can input any scores they got in the heat.
B) How to remove an athlete from a heat
To remove an athlete from a heat, hit the trash can icon next to the athlete you'd like to remove. Note: this will also delete any scores that the athlete has received in the heat, so be sure you're comfortable before you proceed.
C) How to swap athlete's jersey colours
If athletes wore the wrong jersey colours and you'd like to swap them, simply drag and drop the athlete name to their correct colour. Note: this will retain any scores attached to the colour. E.g. if you move an athlete from Red to White, they will receive any original scores that White had received.
D) How to change an athlete's name
To change an athlete's name, you need to use a combination of steps A, B, and C. First add the athlete's correct name to the bottom of the heat (A). Once added, then drag them over their incorrect name (C). This will attach their original scores to the correct name. Then, delete the incorrect name in the bottom position (B).
