An athlete may be unable to compete in your event. Below describes how to remove them from a division. Refunds must be handled separately to removing an athlete from an event. To process a refund, see here.
How to remove an athlete from a division
- From the Event dashboard, navigate to the relevant division and the Athletes tab
- Click on the relevant athlete and a dialogue will appear:
- Click Cancel Entry, bottom right:
- This will remove them from the division and place them onto the Cancellation list. To completely remove them from the event scroll down and click their name to remove them from the alternate list as well
- The athlete will receive an automated email to notify them that they have been removed from the division
- If the athlete is in multiple divisions, you must remove them from each division's seed list individually
