You might like to find a specific member to view their details to change things such as the member's name, divisions, or the series they belong to.
How to view or edit a member's details
- Once logged in as a Director, navigate to the Series area in the top navigation menu
- Click on the Members tab
- Find your member in the member table or use the Search field to find them. Click the member.
- Now, you can view and edit the member's details including:
- Member details including name, date of birth (optional), divisions
- The series they belong to. You can move them between your series' or set them as a Life member
- any custom fields
- Click Save to update changes
Note, only members can edit their own email or contact number. If a member requests an email change, they need to do it themselves, or as a Director, you can can link new email instead - see here for how.
