Once you've created a custom field, you might like to archive it to replace it with an updated custom field, or if its no longer required.
How to archive a custom field
- Navigate to the Event settings for event registration or Series setting for membership registration
- Click on the Registration tab and scroll down to the Custom fields section
- Click on the field you'd like to archive to open the dialogue
- Click the Archive button on the bottom left of the dialogue, and confirm
- Click Update event or Save to update
Note: if your organisation is part of a federation, you can not archive custom fields created by other organisations in your federation
