If you are registering for a members-only event, you'll need to check the following:
- Does the athlete I am registering have an active membership at the time of the event? You can search your email inbox with the details of when you purchased your membership to make sure it is for the current season. Just search for the keywords "LiveHeats member". This will help you determine if the membership is valid and part of the particular series that the event belongs to. Note, some events require you to have a valid membership at a date beyond the event date, if it qualifies you to another event.
- Am I logging into LiveHeats with the same email associated with the athlete's membership? When you signed up as a member, you'd have received a confirmation email to your inbox. You'll need to ensure that you are logging in to LiveHeats with the same user account that was used during membership sign-up. If you're trying to login with a new email, the system has no way of recognising your membership, so you'll need to ensure you're using the original email. Hint: if you joined as a member using an email you no longer use regularly, you should reset the password, and then once logged in, link your latest email to the athlete profiles on your account.
If you've checked both options and can still not sign up, please contact the organsier, who can advise you if your membership is active, and which email you'll need to login with.
