LiveHeats offers two types of methods for membership registration and management:
- Annual membership (recommended): You create a new series for each annual season that contains specific events (e.g. 2023 Series) and the members join that particular series. Their membership is contained to that particular series and it doesn't matter when in the year they join, it will expire at the conclusion of that series. When the next year rolls around, you close the membership of the previous series, create a new one and open it up.
- Rolling membership: You create one series for membership that is Rolling for a period you define - most commonly 12 months. In this case, your series would be called something like ESA Membership and would remain open for members to join. Their membership expires after the period is met, for example if you have it set on 12 months it'll expire exactly 12 months after they join
Note: By default, your series will be set to use the Annual membership method. If you'd like to activate Rolling membership, see here for how: Configuring rolling membership.
