When running live judging on Liveheats, you will have a set number of judges on each panel - for example 3, 4 or 5 judges.
Our minimum number of judges setting allows you to set the panel size, so that the average score is only calculated and shown to the public and head judge once all judge's scores are entered.
How to set the minimum number of judges (panel size)
- Navigate to the Event setting and click the Judging tab
- Scroll down to the Field that reads Minimum number of judges
- Enter the size of your judging panel. Note, if you are using 2 judging panels (double panels or podium), you'll set the size of each individual judge panel
- Click Update event to save
